The model is ideally suited for synchronization and consistency between the clients and our team throughout the implementation. At every stage, we involve your key stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are thoroughly understood and precisely met.
The overall steps involved are as follow:
Pre-development Analysis
First of all, we deeply understand the overall business of the customer, the objectives, the strategies and the target audience. We analyze the requirements of the customer and, according to that, come up with the optimal ideas and solution. At the same time we also make a thorough analysis of the technology required.
Conceptualization
Here we involve a cross functional team of professionals from strategic planning to technology areas. A number of concepts are developed and discussed with the customer such as indexes and key word or field. As we develop these potential solutions, the customer is closely involved in this process. Once this is finalized, we move on to the building or the development stage.
Development & Testing
Our software, technical and design professionals now start their work on the project. The Project Manager reviews the progress of each team with the project leader. Vigorous testing follows until all solutions are OK.
Implementation
During this stage, we work closely with your team to ensure that the implementation is done smoothly. We believe this is the very beginning of the relationship between our customers and us. We know that being the first on the Net is not as important as delivering value consistently to our customers.
